are you cutting with a 1500cal deficit?
you shouldn't feel "so hungry" that you want to fold and eat with a 500cal deficit
unless you are a fat fuck
and i mean 150lbs obese sort of fat

I cant count calories good I think Im in a 400-800 deficit depending on how i feel each day
