I only started using tret and azelaic acid recently, what I did do was start cleansing twice a day and using salicylic acid, salicylic acid saved my life. Also dropped a bit of bf, I literally had abs in the first picture I just used aqualyx to reduce cheek fat

im also on 20mg accutane go for 20% this shits not that hard on yo skin. don't forget to moisturize and apply sunscreen after using if ur going out

you can if you tolerate it but don't do it too often or moisturize a lot
