I only started using tret and azelaic acid recently, what I did do was start cleansing twice a day and using salicylic acid, salicylic acid saved my life. Also dropped a bit of bf, I literally had abs in the first picture I just used aqualyx to reduce cheek fat

Don’t mind the squinting I’m only posting for the nose results

Thank you, I don’t think u can find otc azelaic acid I had to order from India for 20%, if u do find at least 15% that’s good

i got 2 options online its 10 or 20%, u think i should go for 20 im on 20 mg of accutane
