got jacked, lost body fat, chin tucks 3x25 3x a week, neck curls 3x15 3 days a week and progressive overload with weight. diet was way cleaner and fixed my coloring. But yeah mainly just losing a lot of body fat % and fixing my coloring

i went from 23% to maybe 16%. Heres a before vs after, i wouldnt say im "JACKED" but i definitely look alot better now. Bench went up 115 pounds, squat went up 175 pounds. and I lost weight . But yeah idk heres how my physique transformed over the past year. The body fat % drop is what made my jawline a lot better. In total Ive been in the gym for 1 year and 1 month so far.
