thanks brodaily cardio, set the incline level to 11-12.5, speed 2.5-3mph, and do this at the end of every gym shesh, even on rest days if your a fat piece of shit
thanks tho i choose that waytbh won’t make a huge impact on either one you chose.
Me personally would go with 10k steps.
