Easy guide on how to loose an enormous amount of fat in just one week.

1. Do not eat anything
Obvious, you will save 2000 calories per day, thats 14000

2. Take some fat burning pills
They can boost your catabolism a little bit, so you may be able to burn 900-1000 extra with them.

3. Do rope skipping until you fall down bc of exhaustion
Do as much as you can. Rope skipping burns about 700 calories per hour so it is one of the best cardio exercises you can do. I‘d say an average guy can rope about 6 hours a day that makes 4200 calories per day and 29400 in 7 days

Results
14000+1000+29400 = 44400 burnt calories

1kg of fat are 7700 calories so you will loose 5.76kg(12.7 lbs) in total.

The more aggressive the taper on your TDEE the larger the % of it will be muscle.

People here are water fasting for 10+ days so that should not be the problem lol.
Also 6h of roping is actually not that insane if you make breaks in between. You could also cut that down to 4-5 hours the results would still be great tho. Life goes fast and it doesnt wait for you so if you want pussy then you better leanmaxx immediatly with the method man 2 wekks and i habe bf of Gigachad

Idk if this is a joke, but the body can only burn so much fat at a given time. Kinda like a car can only use so much fuel at a given time. You cant burn unlimited amount of fat. You can burn your bodyfat (in pounds) times 31. So if you are 200lbs 20% bf thats 40lbs x 31 = 1,240 calories, anything over that is just 100% muscle.

Srsly though wouldnt a 7 day water fast work assuming they take proper vitamin supplements?

A less extreme version to minimize muscle loss would be drinking egg whites for protein. ASSUMING someone needs 70 g of protein a day, 400 calories of eggwhites gets that much protein with minimal calories.

So a non-idiotic plan (which is basically protein sparing fasting) would be:

1. Do it in a span of 3 days to minimize bodily damage

2. Eating proper protein amount for body to minimize muscle loss

3. Stimulating the muscles in some way to prevent muscle atrophy

4. Drink water/supplements

Doing this all would make you lose like 2 lb lol
 
Results: Skinny fat abomination from all the muscle you lose
 
Should be zero reason why anyone would need to drop that much weight in 7 days. Just go slow but steady.
