On top of that she had to do a comprehensive bloodtest every 6 months and do an imaging test (echo or MRI) for all organs to be sure there are no things like enlarged heart. Also some other random tests for ear and eye function. It blew my fucking mind that some of you out here are taking 10IU a day which is like 11.5x the dose given to this girl. There's gotta be a catch to that.

Its like taking 11.5x the dose of TRT, which is what like 150 - 200 mg = 1725 - 2300mg .

Well, she was 10 years old, and her bone age was much younger than anybody who is on the forum. The younger the bone age, the less HGH you have to intake for height growth within a time frame. I am surprised that they gave her estrogen pills as while it would've increased her growth rate, it would've also made her stop growing faster. But maybe she also had low e2 so that's another factor.

This is a very plausible story. But the reason why people take 10 IU's on here is because that was often the dosing given to children that were 13+ in the studies alongside a hormone blocker. So as a matter of fact, people on here should be taking around 10+ if they are like 16.5 and above in terms of bone age if they want a chance of at least 1 inch. Well, the catch is the unforeseen health consequences of taking any hormone blocker or HGH in those dosages. Everyone knows there's a catch, but you have to do what you have to do for growth!

it does seem like lower dosage over a long time is the best way to go

using massive doses of HGH is likely to cause the growth plates to close faster, since the chondrocytes can't regenerate quickly enough.
