10 months off finasteride. Im not sure if I'll ever recover

I’m feeling quite down guys. I took one 1mg pill of finasteride almost a year ago today on a moment of weakness and paranoia that I was losing my hair & ever since I have not been the same. My cognitive sides Al have more or less completely reversed but I am experiencing worksite by sexual sides.. ED..

Anything you could say to encourage me in this moment? Any recovery stories that are similar.

You took a single pill a year ago? You need to do continual use of a drug like that to experience effects.
