I also have slight overbite and minor teeth overcrowding. I will be getting teeth whitening and then composite bonding after to restore canines and some other teeth from grinding. I think have a consultation and discuss what they can do for your bite and if they can widen your dental arch. And what the effects would be on the soft tissue. It could be worth it

invisalign can make face look better, not because of bone expansion

But the teeth move and u can expand alveolar bone (teeth give the support for soft tissue)

When u widen ur smile, lips have more support, also the soft tissu in the back

Change will not be big in the jaw but definitly cant help minimaly improve face
