been taking 100k IU vit d3 (orally) every other day in the morning, some things ive noticed:
if you have imsomnia just take 100k IU vit D3 & 1 mg cyproheptadine
- feeling sleepy after workouts and actually falling asleep for a nap, (previously couldn't nap)
- better appetite
- less insomnia, i can sleep at night on command even after taking an afternoon nap
