if u are in a massive deficit for a while its not gonna rape ur plates lol whats with the fear mongering? it might be actually more ideal for a massive low length cut rather than the altdo you know if your growth plates are closed? And do you know your E2 levels?
They should be open at that age, and if your going for a crazy deficit you will waste your height potential. even if its minimal.
if you really want to go in a deficit, i would recommend 200-400 kcal every day. but i wouldnt even do that. maximize your height till your plates are closed and after that you can focus 100 percent on muscles.
