i am 5,11 at 75kg and around 15-16% bf if i cut for 6 weeks i will go down to around 9%bf is the muscle loss worth it and how big will it be

it’s a realistic goal on paper but it’s highly conditional to the quality of your discipline & training methods. But I don’t recommend a 1,000 calorie deficit it’s going to halt your puberty plus ruin future metabolism so do a steady cut or πŸ‘‡

Just use 80 clenbuterol to accelerate the cutting phase without any muscle loss, clen will give you around a 20% caloric expenditure increase without any side effects if you use telmisartan & nebivolol to mitigate the side effects or u could just DNR all side effects and raw dog it

How old are you?
Regardless your age, -1000 kcal is never good. Dont do it

16 so pretty high T levels done a test and i am around 750ng/dl what would u recommend
do you know if your growth plates are closed? And do you know your E2 levels?
They should be open at that age, and if your going for a crazy deficit you will waste your height potential. even if its minimal.
if you really want to go in a deficit, i would recommend 200-400 kcal every day. but i wouldnt even do that. maximize your height till your plates are closed and after that you can focus 100 percent on muscles.

if u are in a massive deficit for a while its not gonna rape ur plates lol whats with the fear mongering? it might be actually more ideal for a massive low length cut rather than the alt
