anyone tried that? what will happen to urself if u do it
 
Depends on your size but harsh deficits won't get you as lean and will fuck up your energy levels and testosterone way more. Gradual decrease is better

1000 calories is like one basic meal right?
 
just stop eating processed foods and grains, vegetables, and legumes.

Only eat proteins and foods that come out of animals like dairy, meat, seafood and also eat fruits, and. be activr and youll lose weight in no time

I do it every now and then for like a week or so and it works wonders for shredding body fat, although you definitely don’t feel good while doing it
