Well, the day before yesterday I said I'd do 1000 jumps, and I did them. It was difficult for me since I don't have enough endurance, but I finished it. I'm just trying to boost my growth hormone or apply Wolff's Law to my bones and so on. Anyway, I'll try other things. Btw , I gained 3 centimeters a month ago, even though I wasn't consistent with my sleep, lunch, breakfast, sun exposure, and so on. These are some painful snapshots, haha don't worry about it
