1000 Jumps Challenge Part 2

Well, the day before yesterday I said I'd do 1000 jumps, and I did them. It was difficult for me since I don't have enough endurance, but I finished it. I'm just trying to boost my growth hormone or apply Wolff's Law to my bones and so on. Anyway, I'll try other things. Btw , I gained 3 centimeters a month ago, even though I wasn't consistent with my sleep, lunch, breakfast, sun exposure, and so on. These are some painful snapshots, haha don't worry about it

adam6 1000 jumps isnt enough to trigger igf1 signalling i think u need to do 3000

This is only a temporary growth hormone stimulation; it's effective, but I don't think it's as effective as jumping. Just look at basketball players

Yes, basketball players are only tall because of them jumping it has nothing to do with genetics or selection bias

you can try, but basketball players only play because theyre tall (stereotypically) theyre not tall because they play. Maybe if you played consistently for years from preteen or whenever then it probably wouldve had a positive impact on height but probably just marginally
 
Yes, that's true. I just wanted to say that I'm still a teenager, and that basketball players in their late teens grew many centimeters after playing games before
