10mm vs 5mm bimax

Yeah the PSL autism about forward growth may be effecting my judgement.

But on the other hand, if you cover everything above the Frankfort plane, that 10mm morph just looks like a (good) normal jaw development.

I think you would like better the results of the 10mm, you dont always look perfect from every angle and 5mm may not seem much from your perspective

I thought the Frankfurt plane has been debunked already as cope. Just turns everyone into apes, maybe it’s only ideal for blacks. But the 5 mm morph is way better and gives u an ideal sideprofile tbh

It is, he probably means custom midface implants. In combination with custom supra implant with an extension on to the nasion it may make the upper mid face robust enough to harmonise with the 10mm lefort 1… but it is of course that much extra surgery expense, another thing to go wrong and another piece of plastic screwed to my face.
