I heard of one guy who was so incredibly low T that even after 7 years of working out he didn't gain much muscle, maybe you're just like him

You’re probably not doing it right. Even if your T levels were low they would increase with enough exercise.

i eat 3000 calories a day and work out 6days a week for 50min and do cardio for 20-30min is that bad?

how much protein in your diet? do you get enough of sleep (crucial for building muscle) and do you get muscle sores after your workout
