118kg to 82kg in 6 months minimal cardio. WATER FAST 3.5 DAYS 15 WEEKS

I've been starving myself for 3.5 days with only water no electrolytes no vitamins for 15 weeks straight every week from June to December of 2025.

Starting your first 1-3 weeks it will be difficult simply because your body isn't used to the empty stomach, not to mention the fact that your first and last day will always be the most challenging every week due to feeling hungry and not being a fat greedy bastard and not completing the 3.5 of water fast.

Currently at a stable 85kg 175cm going gym 2-4 times a week whilst also working nights for 72 hours per week Monday to Saturday for the past 4 months with only Sunday off and Monday mornings. Also doing at least 20 pushups almost every chance I get throughout the day, I do about 150+.

Also do NOT eat too much food for your first meal after completing the fast, as this can cause nausea and vomiting. Keep your meal simple, and nutritious because your body will almost always reject all foods. Eat slow and minimal, example;

Fruits, nuts, eggs, kefir, avocado. You get the rest.

- Muscle loss
- Fatigue
- Brain fog
- Faster heart rate for doing bare minimum activities
- Low iron so you feel like you're about to pass out every day you get up from bed.
- Tasteless food for first meal.

- You'll lose between 6-10 kg from the first week

- Hard mentally, easy to overcome.

To regain muscle keep testosterone high to regain muscle mass, the easiest way to do this in a natural way is to just to not masturbate.

Last year I counted to 4 times I've done it. Currently at 0 for this year... Not looking for more than 1 masturbation per year.

Unfortunately, doing this will almost always guarantee you having wet dreams almost every week, I currently experience them 1-3 times a week sometimes almost 2-5 per week.
