is 12h of sleep actually achievable as a 13 yo waking up at 7 am?? im lwk tryna height maxx but i genuinemy dont thinkts is possible, if it is how could i achieve it ?

but sleeping dosent change shit abbout height
its genetics
the only time sleeping will ever change anyones height is if they sleep like 2-5hours a day
if you sleep more than that its pure genetics

12 hours is unideal

just do 8-9 hours

It is, but it's not needed as you only need 3-4 hours of REM sleep, so you would be better off with 8hrs of sleep with controlled timings

it varies people to people but 9-10h is my sweet spot

Theres not much difference between 8 and 10

Most of your HGH is secreted during deep sleep. Sleeping more isn't gonna make this deep sleep longer

thats now that works buddy, if more sleep correlated linearly to more height, i'd be knocking myself out every night
 
sleeping early and 7 to 9 hours is 100x more important than sleeping 10+ hours
