Subhuman Barrett with a ramus that barely reaches the middle of his lips and a 136 gonial angle:

Barrett with a ramus that extends below the lips and a gonial angle around 120:

The biggest change is the chin, not the gonial angle.

Both were changed. Taller ramus and gonial angle were the biggest changes as they gave his jaw more height and made it less sloped.

u should retire

120 mogs, looks good from the front and good from the side, sub 110 gonial angles look worse from the front and better from the side and higher gonial angles look better from the front and worse from the side. 120 is the middleground and mogs

Keep coping you low IQ subhuman faggot. He looks giga terachad in that morph.
Sad thing is you think you’re making a point by making a comical morph.

100-110 is ideal, but up to 125 is passable.

The issue with morphing ramus/gonial angle is that you would have to change the length of the midface too, otherwise it almost always looks uncanny.

If you have to extend too far below lips to get 120 then it's bad. I think jaw angle positioning relative to lips and chin height controls. Gonial angle is just a result.

No you change chin height which, if too long, creates long face. Hence, chin height controls.

@MisterMercedes is back at it again with his shit-tier threads

Again, the ramus height doesn’t change gonial angle. Incline of the jaw and slope of the ramus changes gonial angle.

Yes you have to change that too but it's more imperative to shorten midface somehow to accomodate the fact that the maxilla should rotate CCW for a lower gonial angle on that person's face.

His jaw is disproportionately short in relation to his midface. This corrects that.

U need a new brain if u can’t tell how the morph is bad
Look! He found another way to say the morph is bad without explaining why!

True, barret has downwards growth

No suppose he were to go through a second puberty, to increase ramus length and lower gonial angle, his midface would get shorter. So on his particular face, his midface should get shorter. Yes it's already short relative to other people and relative to his IPD but the maxilla practically would still have to rotate CCW to achieve that lower gonial angle. This is why I think the morph looks a bit uncanny, and why most morphs of the ramus/gonial angle do.

No. His jaw becoming larger would not require that his midface become shorter. Midface length is determined by nose length and philtrum length. Mandible does not play a role in that.
