12h sleep im still tired

circadian rhythm max + sleep cycle, 12hrs is not optimal it causes sleep inertia
Yeah my sleep schedule is horrific
Day before yesterday I went to sleep at noon, woke up at 6pm
Stayed up until 6 the following day, and now woke up at 6am today

If you don't go to sleep at the same time your brain doesn't rest properly because it is not used to sleeping then and you will always feel tired. Get a proper sleep schedule brocel. Also sleeping 12 hours is too much and you will feel more tired as oposed to 8-10
