Chew meats on all teeth equally all sides , give attention To molars and premolars, sleep on the back only , chin tucks, limit usage of phone SLEEP AND EAT A LOT that's it

this is the last age for you to influence maxillary movement/use orthodontics to your favour and maybe get height/dick gains from roids.
