The Luck Of A Black Cat
My fragrance of choice was PlayBoy NewYork
My cheapest fragrance, i bought the entire set of playboy as they where all 4 dollars, i often just wear them to have a smell more than try to smell good.
Whilst spraying this cologne i managed to get it directly into my eye. THIS PAIN WAS AWFUL. It lasted more than 30 minutes, it was dreadful.

Naturally found no reason to vape. Didnt really see fit, so barely vaped.
I had a good amount of caffiene today though, i had one energy drink early morning on the way to physio, and one energy drink before the gym. So around about 300mg total today.

Diet
OMG my diet was so yum today, genuinely only good part of the day.
For Breakfeast i had an energy drink, giga optimal.
A Snack after physio, i went to the supermarket and had a licorice rasberry rope. Super Optimal, trust me!
Home for lunch i had a large amount of sirloin pork with a chocolate whey and milk protein shake.
Afternoon snack was a mixed fruit bowel 200g
Pre workout food was a mango.
Post workout food was frozen passionfruit and frozen mango.
Believe it or not this was not satiating at all and i am starving right now, i was 50 calories below my target which is good.
protein was only 20g less than needed too somehow.

I got up to episode 30.
The last few episodes are too fast paced for my liking but yes, it was more interesting than i gave credit too, I believe there is 6 more episodes left might watch the rest tonight and before tomorrow daily update.

FUCK UPS OF THE DAY
To start it off my physio was giga early in the morning i love my sleep ins. FUCK THAT. Forced myself out of bed to go to physio.
I go to physio for my shoulder and this nigga said "theres nothing we can do anymore"
NIGGA im still crippled as fuck, help me. I cant bench or anything. I have no fucking shoulder movement.
So now i dont have any more physio, basically got told "go figure it out yourself bhai"
NEXT FUCK UP
The Fucking cologne situation, i beg you spray some in your eyes and try not fucking squirm like a snail eating salt.
FUCKING HURTS LIKE A BITCH.
AND ANOTHER FUCK UP
Went to work today to see that absolutely nothing was fucking done by who ever was on before me. Had to do an ant colony grade work by my fucking self.
AND THE FINAL FUCK UP
Was at the gym, heading back to my car when this black cat walked Infront of me crossing the road. Last time i saw a black cat i said it's all superstition, nothing ever happens. But if something does happen ill believe in bad luck. Anyways, my car ended up blowing up about 100m down the road. Now today, the black cat walking Infront of my car made me a little more cautious, and when I was driving home in the pitch fucking dark down a long straight road, guess what fucking happens. A FUCKING COW stands in the middle of the road. Trying to run it straight with the head of my car. Had to swerve of the road into a bush or I would've been probably dead.
