My experience with DNP:
Week 1 Protocol:
I started with 200mg and ate 1700-1800 cals. For the first 5 days or so I didn't feel a single side effect and honestly thought it was bunk at first. I didn't have a scale during this time (batteries were dead) but I did everything normally and even worked out every single day. The weekend of week 1 I did drink copious amounts of alcohol for 2 days and a shit ton of stimulants so DO NOT be a retard like me but I was perfectly fine and didn't feel any extra effects.
Week 2:
Kept the same protocol but ended up getting batteries for my scale and realized I was like 7 pounds or so down of real weight, looked the exact same tho. Pretty normal week but here I did feel some mild DNP hunger (never caved in) and did feel some heat. The heat was very manageable just slight on and off warmth during different parts of day. Towards the end of week 2 I did get much weaker working out and had less energy so I just stopped.
Week 3:
Randomly woke up one day like 5 pounds heavier. Never went above protocol cals or anything and this wasn't exactly just water weight so I still don't know wtf this was about but ig just DNP being DNP. Weight continued to drop from here normally but that one day pissed me off so I changed dose to 400mg. Didn't change any sides just slight warmth still manageable.
Saftey/Diet:
Didn't do anything crazy no rash prevention or anything (didn't get a rash) but just drank as much water as possible and had 2 liquid iv electrolyte packets a day (morning and night). I just ate protein and carbs only and got like 150-185g protein daily. Didn't give a shit about sodium or any of that nonsense. Also i'm currently on 250mg Testosterone which def helped with muscle retention as it seems I don't look any smaller just slightly flat from water. Def recommend test as the natural hormone crash from a deficit will be meaningless.

I used a US Domestic source which arrived in just over 48 hours and paid $90 for 25 capsules which is pretty overpriced (Had 50 inside somehow even tho bottle says 25). I will attach my image of my bottle so if you recognize this lab, yes it works. Overall good experience with DNP. Time to add in Tren for lean bulk recomp
