Mate dont worry for real, like the teenage growth is the most important thing for your looks everything if u want to do something you can create a lifestyle like, eat good, sleep well and do some sports its all like i mean ur pretty young and u dont need to worry that much enjoy your teenage and when you are going to be 17 or 18 you can start taking whatever u want but wait for the moment.
