I’m trying to get lose some face fat and body fat by a calorie deficit, I just don’t know how. My idea was don’t eat in the morning, drink lots of water, eat some of the fruit my mom packed for lunch, get home, swim, and then eat my moms meal which is usually steak or chicken with salad. This idea doesn’t sound to good and I’m open to suggestions.

sorry if I’m ugly to see, but I have some cheek fat and it ruins my image a lot well, other stuff ruins my image but I’m not going into detail on that right now I’m just posting the picture as reference to my face fat so you have an idea.

You should never deplete yourself of nourishment at that age, no matter how much you want to. Intra-pubescent, you need to worry about nourishment, get your sugar in, face fat (temporary) is less noticeable if you have bone prominence, and puberty is irreplaceable in its bone development (permanent).

if you have the resources to get a stable dosage, get on t3/t3-t4

Instead of going on a calorie deficit I would recommend making sure what youre eating in the day is healthy and not filled with sugar or lots of sodium. I would also recommend taking supplements for important developmental vitamins like d3 + k2 and vitamin c to try increase your growth during puberty. Im not an expert on growth hormones or test but you could also look into those if thats the route you want to go. Best of luck!

I'd recommend increasing the amount of protein you eat over a calorie deficit. If you accidentally cut back too far well say goodbye to your endogenous growth factors.
