very elite genetics, even with your height as it is now you can slay. also, you will probably grow taller over the span of one or two years, I was about 5'6 when I was 14 as well and now I am 5'8. all depends on what genes you inherit

keep good posture, correct tongue posture, nose breathing and i would do some neck curls as it can raise your hyoid
