Ok so I’m 15 5’11 137 pounds my advice to you would be to first of all have a routine aligned with the circadian rhythm do NOT workout in the gym like most 15 year olds mayim 5"10, 150lb. My. goal is hollow cheeks, at least 6"1, and abs. Im gymaxxing for physique but I need help with my face. I lack bonemass, I'm willing to buy peptides I was going to buy cjc1295 with ipamorelin but I also wanna try like 4 iu of hgh for a couple months. Tell me what peptides and exercises I need to reach my goal. I think I'm low mtn at most. Ive lost 15 pounds rarely going to the gym just by eating once a day, but ive also been doing pushups and pull-ups daily.

last thing I would advise is to not be sedimentary chew food well keep good myo functional posture breathe well through diaphragm and do not take tren and things like that it will not be good long term also train masters and remember sports and working out heavily beyond what I stated would raise cortisol and bring dht test and all of that to recovery and not bone growth
