Why would he not train abs? Their like the most appealing muscle to girls and their really easy to train

Train everything but especially lats, arms and shoulders

when you train abs your not literally training abs your training your waist making it wider

Lmao he has a good frame, if he's able to speed run building lean tissue and stay that lean he has a chad phys objectively
im pretty unfamiliar with the logistics of using roids gym wise so Im not going to say your wrong but he could def still get the perfect sex appeal physique natty but i guess it just depends how far he wants to go but you could be right

If you just do cable crunches which are the only ab exercise you need your hitting your abdominal muscles. Training your abdominals won’t make your waist wider, I’m assuming your talking about your obliques witch actually do make your waist a bit wider.

A lot of poeopl think that and and obliques are the same thing for some reason but their not their 2 different muscles that preform 2 different tasks. Abs preform trunk flexion and obliquespreforme lateral flexion or twisting your torso. Any exercise were you twist your torso works your obliques.
