14 vs 18 and plan

Me vs my younger self, I lost jaw width but I think it was because I had elastics and mid face lengthening during puberty and also less body fat, also could be masseter size.

My plan is to get chin filler because it’s recessed, mostly genetic and mouth breathing. Will be growing my masseters, lower body fat and will be replying to this thread when all is done.
Wouldn’t mind a rate I think I’m mtn
