Am 14 yo ,62kg,70 cm and I started gym since June 2025 till November then I’ve stopped going to the gym for abt 3 months and I started to go to the gym again so do I cut,bulk,body recomp or maingain . I wanna have more muscle mass w a low bf% but I searched and if I cut it will affect the growth plates n the test so what should I do

Never cut during development always eat at or above maintenance just increase activity

don't cut but if you do don't do a large surplus because it will affect your development

worry about low body fat later on in your life

I would recommend maingaining, literally js eat enough protein, good deep sleep and consistency will get you to where you want to be
bulking is fatcel cope imo but if u want somewhat faster results do that (you'll just gain more body fat though)
 
do full body every other day or upper lower rest repeat 4-10 sets per muscle per week 0-1 reps in reserve

Some ppl told me to lean bulk rn and cut when I’m 17 or smth till puberty’s done. But the prblm is that the lean bulk will get me more fat n ngl I don’t want more fats on my waist cs my waist genetics are bad asf so ig I’m gonna go on maingaining but it would take me a long time to do it

I currently do upper lower rest upper lower but i am ngl this split gets my arms fatigued so fast but I’ll go for this split rn

Ig I’ll go for main gaining plus incline cardio four days in a week while having calories burned playing football the days remained cs I play in an u14 acedemy so yeah..ig I’ll go for that plan

Some ppl told me to lean bulk rn and cut when I’m 17 or smth till puberty’s done. But the prblm is that the lean bulk will get me more fat n ngl I don’t want more fats on my waist cs my waist genetics are bad asf so ig I’m gonna go on maingaining but it would take me a long time to do it
dont worry abt ur body fat now nga otherwise ur gonna cook ur puberty n you will then end up as a deformed manlet :feelsgood:

Yeah my diet is actually bad asf am not gonna lie cs i didn’t know what to do like maingain or lean bulk n my sleep habits too are bad so yeah that’s why I get my arms fatigued fast and I have no energy to lift in the gym

fix your sleep with melatonin, l theanine, cbd high dose and mag glycinate. diet just focus on whole foods and go on a very slight deficit (like 200ish, not more) to get to a healthy bf% like 15-18%

well just think about it, bulking wont just magically turn u into a fat pig (which is prolly what ur dumbass thinks will happen:lul:) as long as ur consistently training as hard as u can, having a good diet and maintaining a good sleeping schedule you'll be just fine :soy:

wdym? he looks like hes already at a good bf%. I personally wouldnt recommend cutting

4 sets to failure is way too much volume if you’re actually going until failure btw 2 sets is better make sure you’re doing slightly more reps or slightly more weight each lift

so how long do u think he should cut for?
200 calories under maintenance max for until hes at a bf% that allows for ideal hormonal health ensuring proper development

Do few mins of cardio daily, eat a lot of protein, eat clean, stay hydrated for muscle fullness, ppl split is superior, do bodyweight, pull ups, push ups too, train shoulders, workout atleast 6 times per week.
This is about it. I have been working out on and off since 2021, i know it bro.
Cutting at 14 is bullshit, lose fat gain muscle mass.

this is when I started training i was 14% bf we have almost same amount of muscles here so stop coping hes obviously 20+%
 
U had more muscle mass than me dude I don’t have that muscle mass
my point still stands, this is what 14% looks like so youre not 16% you dont even have the slightest amount of visible abs :soy:

Don’t bulk is already too late to see good gains for that
