Am 14 yo ,62kg,70 cm and I started gym since June 2025 till November then I’ve stopped going to the gym for abt 3 months and I started to go to the gym again so do I cut,bulk,body recomp or maingain . I wanna have more muscle mass w a low bf% but I searched and if I cut it will affect the growth plates n the test so what should I do
