14M, How the fuck do I convince an ortho to give me a palate expansion?

I am 14, it may be late for it, I want to get a palate expansion but my palate isn’t narrow enough for an orthodontist to go “Oh, you need a palate expansion”. I feel like I need it though. My palate is still narrow, I can’t really comfortably fit my tongue on my palate, and I think my recessed infras would benefit from the expansion.

I want to get this done before it’s too late and something like MARPE is necessary. (Maybe it is late, we’ll see)
But how do I even go to an orthodontist and say “uh eugh but my palate is narrow..” when they clearly think it’s fine?

Some may say thag the ortho will just get it done as long as I want it but that’s not always the case, they will probably want to do sleep tests etc. too.

I honestly couldn’t measure it accurately. Judging by eye though, it is definitely narrow, has that Vish shape instead of a wide U

I know It won’t be a huge difference for my infras but hey 1 is greater than 0. I am just trying to get this procedure done before my palate fuses
