14M need help with acne

So i am too broke to buy any good meds for acne by myself, my parents don't want to buy them for me and don't want to make me go to a dermatologist, so i can't get a prescription for something like accutane. are there any non prescription meds for acne i can buy? i live in italy

diet helped me save my skin, went from horrid skin to clear in 2 weeks

Idk if tazarotene 0.1% gel is otc in italy or not, but try that for now; just remember that all roads lead to accutane eventually

hormonal acne, no stress. high dht in skin. to combat, with diet u need to have minimal processed (animal based) with fruits veggies and 2L of water, topical taz can help
