15 intrested in building a better physique

At the moment I’m not really happy with how my physique looks ig at the start of the summer I was trying to do a lot of raw primal diet I couldn’t really get a lot of the stuff I want though because of my mothers restrictions on blood in the house and she’s always trying to cook my food.

At the moment I’m 5’10 138 lbs honestly I thought my physique looked pretty normal maby a bit leaner but I wanna get bigger arms and shoulders my Bidelt is around 19.5” and I’m 15 what do you guys think I should do in the gym to improve I stopped going to the gym for a while you can probably tell why I’m making this post cause I just made one about seeing my cousin I’ll put it bellow

take supplements (protein powder) if diet is a difficulty
carboyhydrates mog protein but still make sure ur getting enough protein (0.8g per kg of body weight) and make sure you hit all your macronutrients (fats, carbs, protein etc..)
dont ego lift and dont be a crazy sbl just lift whatever exercises you want matching a constructed split with good form and within the 2 sets and 3-10 rep range

yeah thats what i do, dietary advice still goes and rest is very important
master basics first such as dips, pull ups and handstand holds along with the core which is the arguably the most imporant muscle in calisthenics, l sit, dragon flags are the goats of core.
also dont be afraid to commit to certain skills and dont waste ur time on elbow lever

just get on test, you won't need any ancillaries, and it's very easy to hide and pin and cheap. it won't give you an incredible physique, but it is an improvement over natty, and you will see results.
