15, what can I do to increase my attractiveness

I’m 15 and I just learned about looksmaxing so I looking for help. I don’t know exactly what I need but I know I need to do a couple of things.

I have mild acne and a big nose, ny face is asymmetrical and my hair looks horrible I all the time because I just can’t find a good hairstyle.
