Hello,

I’m 15, only 5'6–5'7 (≈168 cm) and fully aware that I’m a manlet. My frame is extremely lean by nature, I train hard and eat clean, but I’m still looking for something extra.

My main goals are more bone mass in the face and overall height/growth.

For three months I’ve been bone-smashing, but so far the only possible change is a tiny bit of zygomatic growth—nothing noticeable.

I’ve spent a lot of time researching HGH. It would probably be the most optimal option for my situation, but the potential sides (cancer risk, diabetes, etc.) plus the fact that I can’t get regular blood-work done make me think I’ll skip it for now.

That leaves peptides. Which ones could actually help with facial bone growth and height without the same level of risk? Any experiences from guys around my age?

I’ll attach a physique pic so you can see where I’m at. Appreciate any input!
