The biggest mistake a lot of guys make, especially the smart nerdy ones is they spend their teenage years and early 20s wasting their life on video games, so they become very skinny and frail and that is not attractive. When you're skinny, you're more likely to be assumed to be gay even if you're not feminine. When you're muscular, everyone wants to be around you, people ask you for advice, girls flirt with you, and it's so much easier to get laid.

I'm sorry to break it to you but it's going to take a lot more time than 2 weeks to see big changes in your physique. What you're experiencing now is what is known as noobie gains, which will end abruptly at one point and then, if you don't manage recovery properly and train hard enough, you won't make much progress so you have to keep learning.
