easy enough to get protein + not extreme starvation so u dont rlly stunt any growth lmao if ur a teencel (not like u would anyway unless u did it for long periods of time) and u feel fine energy wise

but this can work ofc too its all about being in a deficit after all, i just feel 1500 is the best for energy + quickness

eat more satiating foods
it will still be hard no matter what it is 1k deficit or more, i eat potatos/meat and fruit, doesnt get better than this but it is still hard
