Yea I’m on medication for the nose and it could be the lymphnodes on my tonsils (which I got removed when I was 5) swollen becuase of my allergies

Check for tongue tie. It's possible the center part of your tongue has its movement restricted and so the only way to touch the rear part of the palate is to move your tongue back instead of up.

No need. It looks like a narrow string from the bottom of your mouth to some part of your tongue, similar to the image below:

Flatten your tongue against the roof of your mouth and then open it as wide as you can to look for it.

Removing/releasing it does need a doctor though. Please don't try to be one of those dumbasses on this forum that tries to be an at-home surgeon.
