15M I really need advice and help

I really want to lose face fat and get better skin quality, and I’ll take any advice on how to look better. Please help

Ur not fat the problem is ur philtrums long you have no ramus and ur mouth is small. I’d reccomend lip plumper to give ur philtrum a shorter look and make ur lips bigger , massater training because ur jaws narrow and if u can grow facial hair then try do it to cover that unideal gonial angle

I thought my ramus was pretty decent lowkey but yeah thank you very much for the advice I already have lol plumper and I was contemplating wether to train massaters because of this stuff about “are they high or Low set” but now I will . And ye my mouth is tiny i knew this flaw but I don’t know how to change it
