Im 14, almost 15. I rock climb and play volleyball for cardio but don’t go to a gym to actually work out. My goal is an athletic physique, but I’d like to fill out
my sleeves. My legs are really good, I don’t care about those (I didn’t feel like taking a pic in my underwear and putting it on org).
I would greatly appreciate any advice on what group to train, and how to train it. I’ve been focusing my diet mainly on debloating and staying lean but lmk if I should change to build muscle.
If you want, rate my face too but I already made a thread for that earlier with more accurately represented pics, but any ratings would be highly appreciated
(And yes obviously the third pic is light fraud I just thought I looked good)
