15yo, 5’11, Physique and face rating? Advice appreciated

Im 14, almost 15. I rock climb and play volleyball for cardio but don’t go to a gym to actually work out. My goal is an athletic physique, but I’d like to fill out
my sleeves. My legs are really good, I don’t care about those (I didn’t feel like taking a pic in my underwear and putting it on org).

I would greatly appreciate any advice on what group to train, and how to train it. I’ve been focusing my diet mainly on debloating and staying lean but lmk if I should change to build muscle.

If you want, rate my face too but I already made a thread for that earlier with more accurately represented pics, but any ratings would be highly appreciated

(And yes obviously the third pic is light fraud I just thought I looked good)
 
mtn bro with decent physique puberty will ascend you aswell just be as healthy as possible while in it

for me you're already hmtn with htn+ potential, keep grinding throught puberty and you'll be good, I was like you I used to rockclimb and play volleyball but I felt skinny so I put on around 40 pounds in 2 years on a lean bulk, If you keep doing cardio while bulking, don't overtrain on cardio and focus on weightlifting or calistenics (I did both) with weighted exercises do as you wish with this
