16.5, what can I do to try and maximize whatever I got

me rn: 178cm
dad: 185cm
mom: 165cm

doc said my growth plates kinda looked closed (in my knees) back in july 2025, though he rushed and didn't wanna fucking do it so no way to be sure of if he actually looked or not. (it was after smth else not what the xray was for :ogre:)

from 14-16 my sleep as been kinda trash I just end up sleeping between 1-8am, brutal, but I do school online too so I don't have to wake up for that sheeit, usually slept like 7 hours but I wanna get to 9-10 ideally and break free from the nocturnal fuckfest

im like 165lbs and workout 5x a week, 20-21% bf or some shit lmk if I need to cut or smth idk if it effects growth much

im prob not done growing cuz in december I went up like 1cm and then recently 0.3-0.5cm but idk

lmk what projected height will be and what I can do ty my bhai's

cut otherwise the excess estrogen will fuse your plates faster, just make sure your getting all the essential micronutrients (especialy d3 and k2, calcium, magnesium,) fix your sleep, get your plates checked again in the wrist if theyre open if you wanna maximize your final height then getting on an AI and HGH would certainly help, but your projected height is likely 180-183 (y)

preciate it bhai, I prob don't got a method to use those rn tbh I'm hella cooked in that category so we just gonna have to rely on cope and prayers

but besides that what cals should I aim for to get lower bf anyways?

find your tdee with chatgpt and subtract 500, stay consistent

also eat 150g+ protein so you keep your muscle and if you cant use pharmacology then make sure your sleeping 8-10hours and i would supplement d3+k2 and get enough calcium

I've aimed for 160g already and drink milk alot, and take all those + zinc so should be good there, it's just the sleep im gonna have to fix and such but yh
