What are my flaws and and what looks tier can i reach im 16.5 now

i would say ur jaw , ur hair , nose , forehead , eyes ( upper eye lid exposure)

for nose you can try hydrocortisone or tret on sides / tip to slim it

grow ur hair with min if it works maybe u have to
take 5AR if its androgen related but i dont like 5ARS do ur research

with ur hair u can fraud ur forehead so it doesnt appear that big

the angle is not the best but it looks like ur chin is heavily recessed no
filler can help here maybe look in to
genio in future

Hydrocortisone effects are pretty negligible and its probably more worthwhile to just hop on accutane. I might be retarded or smth but his chin isn't recessed lmfao his mandible is just almost nonexistent

yea true but ig it’s worth a try he can also try more potent steroids but i don’t like them because they thin the skin so much and makes it red and its probably more worthwhile to just hop on accutane

lower mandible is severely recessed. Filler could help a bit tho but highest ROI is bimax or at least bsso

Maybe not, but grow your hair enough so it covers your forehead. And take tretinoin or accutane for your skin.

Recessed chin and mandible don't correlate, they are two different types of recession. You can have a well developed mandible and an underveloped chin and the same goes the other way around. Having a recessed mandible just gives the illusion of a recessed chin. Obviously both recessions can occur at once but I don't think this is the case. Skin thinning from topical steroids are fucking nasty bru ;( Lowk i don't even know what procedures off the top of my head could even save him
