depends entirely on age and genetics whether it will grow or not right now, but 42 is very average, which is like the 5'9 of biacromials

if ur younger than 17 just maintain a healthy diet and assume everything will work out, might as well gaslight yourself because clavicle length is incredibly genetic influenced. clavicles are mostly locked in after puberty so
you’re not magically growing bone. best you can do is:
hammer side laterals + upright rows + overhead press for years and pack as much delt meat as possible
get lean as fuck so the width you do have shows more
posture (no rounded shoulders)
that’s it. implants exist but they’re rare as hell and look weird on most people. just accept the frame and max everything else. some battles are already lost
