16 should I get MARPE?

I have been questioning if I should get MARPE, I can’t really tell if my teeth are a too narrow or if they are fine. What do you guys think?

if youve been told by good orthos then yeah ofc, your anterior is somewhat narrow but your posterior is fine. In most expansion cases at a young age youll get 1:1 expansion, too much posterior can make your face giga wide

Tbh i havent even visited an orthodontist, I just get reccomendations from people online but i will probably go get a checkup and clarify before getting the procedure

Hows your smile? Is your smile wide

Check orthotropics or jaw surgery reddit and ask them. Most looksmaxxers overexaggerate the need for palate expansion, can descend you in alot of cases

Does look a little narrow here, mostly at the front. Defs measure your intermolar width and get a ortho opinion (make sure its an airway ortho)

I tried my best to measure, its like 38-39mm inbetween, ill definitely go to an ortho soon, thanks for the advice bradar

i got the same problem. i will try to get one too. even tho i dont got any problems related to narrow palate or strict airway my face and jaw are considerably narrow.

where u from? have u searched any ortho yet?
