16 Year old late bloomer, how to pubertymaxx?

I'm 16 years old 191cm 70kg mltn, and a late bloomer (ortho told me sutures were still open, i have an rpe rn). I feel like my face lacks bone mass/masculinity, so my question was what I could do to make the most of the puberty i have left. What low risk softmaxxes can i do, and which higher risk softmaxxes will work best (hgh-testosterone, also how do i hide these from my parents).

Still growing. But also jaw developement usually continues into your 20's and my midpalatal suture isnt even fused
