There are no orthodontic devices to legitimately increase mandibular length besides IMDO which you are not a candidate for- "genetically perfect straight teeth". Only surgery or implants would fix the problem.

You're better off talking to a plastic surgeon for that kind of stuff.

I understand. The mandible only expands with the maxilla at a very young age (early teens at most).
