but yeah mirin,
still though if it were a likely effect, (most of the people who took isotret had the effect in trials and most people who self medicate) then it probably would've been much more fearmongered by dermatologists and the media

then again idk much if anything about isotret in that manner, ill look into it once im back from the ortho

Well that's the point, I'm saying it's very rare but it is a real thing, it's not just a nocebo.

And it mainly happens at high dosages lol
